“Excellent!”
Great answer! You clearly have a solid grasp of the PR interval and first-degree block. Keep up the great work!

Quick multiple-choice rounds on each lecture, so the details stick.
Open questions, follow-ups when you stay vague, and a grade out of 30 with the slides to reread.
Most students already rehearse with a chatbot. Here is what one says about an answer, and what Brainzard says.

What does the PR interval represent, and when is it too long?
You
The delay from atrial to ventricular depolarisation, mostly at the AV node. Normal is 0.12 to 0.20 s. Longer means first-degree block, usually caused by hyperkalaemia.

Definition and normal range are correct. “Usually caused by hyperkalaemia” is not: slide 14 gives vagal tone, AV-nodal drugs and conduction fibrosis.

Next question: name two drugs that prolong the PR interval.
“It's a bit too lenient. I would have wished for it to be more blunt and real.”
“NotebookLM useful but only for the written exam and not the oral part.”

You can, and most students do. It tends to be generous, drifts away from your slides and never shows where an answer came from. Brainzard is built to do the opposite.
Any course where you have the slides or notes as a PDF. We are starting with medical students at UniCamillus.
Typed answers come first. Answering out loud from your browser is next.
We are building it now and will invite the waitlist in small groups. You will get an email before anything is charged.
